On April 27, fans will get to take another offseason look at the second year under UCLA head coach Jim Mora. The first spring game was met with curiousity, skepticism, scrutiny, and perhaps cautious optimism.
This year? It's all optimism.
And that's too bad.
Because while UCLA football is clearly headed in the right direction, under the intense guidance of Jim Mora, the program could use a lot of the same skepticism, a lot of the same scrutiny it received from fans after Mora was hired. Where as fans in 2012 were never sure of Mora's coaching prowess, many have become entirely too optimistic about Mora's job outlook.
